Meet Dr. Mukhtar
Dr. Mukhtar is native to the DMV, growing up in Fairfax and completing his education at Virginia Tech prior to attending residency. He is a board-certified psychiatrist, graduating from VCU before relocating to northern VA where he is currently the director of mental and behavioral health services at a federally qualified health center. He is interested in community mental health and has experience working with underserved populations.

Dr. Kevin P. Caputo is a board-certified psychiatrist in Chester, Pennsylvania. He received his medical degree from SUNY Upstate Medical University and has been in practice for more than 25 years. Dr. Caputo believes a trusting, open relationship is important in facilitating the healing process. It is important for patients to be educated on their options in order to create the best outcome possible.
